How Singaporean is the tenant mix?

Brands classified as SG-homegrown vs foreign via curated dictionaries of recognisable chains. The Unknown band is the long tail of one-off shops/eateries — in a Singapore mall these are predominantly SG-domiciled SMEs, so treat SG% as a band: strict (named SG brands only) to incl. residual (SG + Unknown).

Please note. “Singaporean vs Foreign” is a judgement call based on publicly-available information about each brand’s founding country and current HQ at the time of our snapshot — corporate domicile changes through acquisition, IPO, JV, or restructuring, so any classification here may be out of date. Brands are not endorsed, criticised, or ranked by this analysis; it is purely a descriptive view of the dataset. If you’re a brand owner or representative and your provenance is mis-classified, please get in touch — we will update with reasoning and a citation.
